They say home is where your heart is. There has never been any doubt in my mind that on any given Saturday night TJ Stutts' heart is in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania.  So it is so exciting for me to be able to finally tell you that TJ will be coming 'home' to race at Selinsgrove Speedway for the 2009 season!
TJ will run weekly in the 358 division in the 2T car that we raced at the end of last season. The car continues to be family owned with sponsorship by Mountain View Travel and Baker Carb and Dyno Service. We also would like to thank ATL fuel cells, BELL Helmets, Hoosier Tire Co./Hoosier Tire Mid Atlantic, ZEMCO Speed Shop, ZEMCO Headers, PENSKE Racing Shocks, MAXIM Chassis, ART's Radiators,Top Flight Wings, Red Devil Brakes, Fine Line Autobody and CMC powder coating for their continued support!

It's only two weeks until Selinsgrove's opener (And yes I'm well aware it's what you sprint car junkies call mud buses- come out and watch the sprint cars practice and you won't believe what an awesome show the modifieds put on!) and we still have plenty to do so I'll keep this short. I know that we've been kind of slacking on updating the web site, so I've opened a twitter account that I will update  with race results and whatever else I think you may want to know. You'll be able to either see the updates from here or follow us on twitter to get live updates. I think once you figure out twitter you'll love it! Let me know!!
See you at the races!

After timing fourth for Selinsgrove's 358 National Open TJ was sidelined by a broken pushrod.  Saying it was a disapointing end to our night and our season is a huge understatement!  We had an awesome race car and motor!

We need to thank everyone who put so much time and effort into making both the car and the motor perfect!  Ryan Hand and all the guys from Tower City & Zemco thank you, thank you, thank you!  We can't thank you enough for coming out to lend a hand!

Steve Baker  is responsible for the awesome horsepower we're making with our little homegrown motor!  If you were at Selinsgrove you may have noticed that our car sounds different then most, Steve who is famous for his carburetors built a throttle body that replaces the traditional fuel injection. We're still working on perfecting that, but boy is it sweet so far!

Thank you to Mark Freeland for loaning us your trailer.  Can't tell you how much it means to know that our local racers are always there to lend each other a helping hand.

It was wonderful to look around our pits and see so may of our old crew members and friends again.  We were really hoping to get our third National Open victory and having everyone there really meant alot to us.

Special thanks to Dave Shutt, Adam Landvater, Josh LeMaster, Mike Shutt and Timmy Hetrick for all your hard work at the shop.

Thanks to our sponsors Hetrick Farms and Mountain View Travel and Baker Carb & Dyno Service for your continued support!

We look forward to what the next few months may bring and to the 2009 racing season.
